As official sponsor of the NFL, Visa trusts Fresh Wata to create, produce, and manage one-of-a-kind experiences for clients and consumers during Super Bowl featuring top athletes. Visa’s Super Bowl events span three days during game week each year and have a variety of specific and unique needs.
Some of the events produced yearly include Welcome Receptions, Hospitality Lounges, Athlete Panels, Over-the-Top dinners, Business Meetings, and various partner-sponsored events including a Game Day Brunch.
The Solution
Over the years we have gradually elevated the Super Bowl Visa experiences so that each event features surprise-and-delight moments offering guests the opportunity to experience the brand, events, and Super Bowl differently. Our surprises come in many forms and are unique to each need. Some activation highlights include:
• Experiences where guests are able to compete with star athletes in such areas such as Mixology, BBQ Challenges, etc. Celebrity judges round out these customer immersion competitions for added exhilaration and novelty. Who doesn’t want the opportunity to compete with the ultimate competitors – and stand a chance at winning?
• An over-the-top dinner featuring a 60ft long, custom Viking dining ships, for guests to sit inside, overlooked the stadium. A noted Icelandic chef provided a unique culinary experience fit for a iking with curated performers to entertain.
• Local vendors and cultures are infused into each Super Bowl event to pay homage to the host city while supporting small business.
