TATCHA
The Ask:
Press event launching a new skin care product for TATCHA. Client wanted everything to feel like “AFTER GLOW” or like “Dew,” to be an Instagrammable throughout. Design + produce a 20’ x 10’ engaging space for beauty bloggers, makeup artists and Sephora’s biggest fans. Benefit Brow Bar + Products to be prioritized.
The Solution:
Create an awesome party just outside of DTLA in a massive raw space. Custom entrance with bridge over a 350 lb rice garden. Custom built carpeted stage with arches, product displays, live tutorials and giveaways. Vicky’s Lounge (CEO), with custom paper walls, LED lit books that appeared elevated overhead, and special fragrances to personalize the space for her to give interviews.
We created a fully on brand Benefit space and brow bar. Six branded stools paired with 3 fabricated tables, served as stations for guests to have their brows waxed. A custom “Arch You Gorgeous” sign made of various Benefit brow product pieces and mirror acrylic, created a really fun instagrammable moment as well as lived as art within the space. Additionally, we created a 5’x2’ 3D neon sign, pink turf flooring, pink LED tube lighting, and a “Brow Try On” wall with iPads synced to the Benefit live site.
